After a crazy party with Neighbour bringing us the happy summertime disco vibes, we're bringing back two of acts who are playing at Shambhala this year, as well as a familiar face... KNIGHT RIDERZ, WAKCUTT, and POWDER.

NEIGHBOUR

Well the new venue is in full effect at the ROTARY ROOM and things turned out great for Zeds Dead. The largest turnout yet, definately doing things big in GP! Big ups to everyone who came, especially the outta town crew, respect.

Up next we got one of the most unique live performances to hit Grande Prairie... co-owner of Homebreakin' Records, NEIGHBOUR is here to destroy Grande Prairie with his ill type of disco madness.

This is a LIVE set with two turntables, guitar, and synth keyboard which is gonna be a mayhem to all that are there. Tickets are $20 in advance and can be purchased from Jaden, see you there!

Funkin Your Area Productions presents... ZEDS DEAD

Well after a little hiatus after the old Pourhouse being shut down... Funkin Your Area Productions is back and grittier than ever. We have one of the hottest electronic groups out of Toronto, who are taking the electronic music scene by storm. Many of the heavy hitters, including Bassnectar, Rusko, Kissy Sell Out, just to name a few, have been all over their tracks and these two bad boys are ready to destroy Grande Prairie!

PIMPSOUL (UK)

On November 13th, one of the most anticipated shows to hit GP... Funkin Your Area Productions presents to you all the way from the UK... PIMPSOUL!

Pimpsoul has been producing some of the biggest midtempo bangers within the past year. He is one of the three official producers for Bombstrikes which keep producing quality material.

NEON STEVE

Well on August 21st, we had the Nature Of Sound II Pre-Party. This was one insane party with one of the largest crowds so far supporting a local night featuring local legend Dr. Obvious, Illementree, Travisty, Botanikle, and JayFresh.

Coming up on September 25th, all the way from Victoria BC, is NEON STEVE. This guy has been recently signed to Punchout Recordings and has some more tracks in the process of being signed by other labels.

This is going to be a wicked show that you're not gonna want to miss.

BUSTA (Australia)

Well Glitchy & Scratchy and Deeps was a bangin show! Those boys are making waves in the underground sound with their glitch hop, midtempo, dubstep, and wompy bassheavy riddims. Big ups to G&S representing Vancouver.

Up next we have my birthday bash with special guest headliner from Australia, BUSTA. I've been droppin many of Busta's tunes in my sets and his new material is pure gold. This is one show you're not gonna want to miss as it's Busta's SECOND ever CANADIAN show (the first being the night before.)

Plus it's my birthday weekend, it gives you a good excuse to party.

GLITCHY & SCRATCHY with DEEPS

Well the Hip Hop show went really well and it's good to know that hip hop is alive in Grande Prairie and their are some excellent local musicians who represented the different elements if hip hop, big ups everyone!

Up next we have another HUGE headliner show featuring some of Western Canada's biggest up-and-coming producers/DJ's who have been making killer tunes.

On June 26th, Funkin Your Area Productions is proud to present GLITCHY & SCRATCHY (Vancouver) with Deeps (Nelson). G&S opened up the Village at Shambhala last year and killed it, and Deeps will be rockin the Village stage as well this coming Shambhala in August.
